While glassing on a set of fins for a friend i decided to make them a nice blue color

I added about 1.5 teaspoons of food coloring to the 5 ounces of resin

its been about 1 hour and the resin is still liquid

what should i do??

they are wooden fins

i don’t know if food color is compatible or not with resin. what i would ask is did you put in catalyst in ?

i put in more than enough catalyst , but i think food coloring is mostly water?? so it probably inhibited the reaction

I’d be staining the wood with the food colour and let them dry before glassing them.
