I just got the newest Habor Frieght flyer and they’ve got a ver. speed 1000-3000 7" sander/polisher for $24.99!!! I got this same model about 2 moths ago $49.99 (Grrrr) and I used it for the first about 20 mins ago (see question above) seems to work great!! If you’re in need of one don’t pass it up, cheap as it gets. go to harbor freight site and put in 46507 in the item # search to check it out, may have to call to get the flyer price it’s still 49.99 on the site.

I have four of the Harbor sanders (46507) (semi copy of the makita’s) and many others. I like to leave different pads/grinders on each sander. (I use 9 different sanders for shaping and glassing. I still love my Milwaukees. They are a little heavy and the trigger is the weak link…but if you want one that will last forever…the milwaukee is the one. If you only do a few boards the Harbour is a GREAT deal.
