It’s not wide open highway, but one lane with limited travel from time to time. Traffic will be led by a pilot car with intermittent delays. Still shooting for Nov.1st for unfettered access.
Yep, Wideawake, gotta keep an eye on it. In the repair photo (after) you can see a line in the littoral zone shifting the bottom around. Hopefully, there will be some good and big swells this winter, perhaps an El Nino one to see how it all sorts out and what develops.
