Yes unless something has come up I am sure he will get back to you. I bet finding Hitachis on EBay and the used markets that are in fair condition is getting to be increasingly difficult. There are a limited # left out there. I’ve got a couple but I can’t access them without making a trip to Maui. One is an early Clark conversion that has only shaped a handful of boards. The other one was brand new in 2007 and has only been out of its metal box once. It’s not converted, but I have the parts from a deceased Hitachi for the depth adjustment. Just gonna be at least sometime this summer before I can get them.
