Home made UV-cure repair kit

Hi guys,

 

I am going to mix my own UV-cure repair kit.

I’ll mix the resin with chopped fibres.

 

Do you guys have more tips for mixing a repair kit?

Should I add microballons to thicken the resin a bit? Offcourse not to much, it still needs to be translucent to cure.

 

I have aluminum tubes to put the resin in.

Add wax paper to the kit or plastic sandwich wrap.

to say that you can use microballoons and or Aerosil whatever amount you want, cure always. You can add a bit of White pigment or tint, if its not too deep will cure fine.
