…There’s some stuff down on this page, and you can archive lots on this > subject,Yeah basically you route a hole and install.Herb Like I said before, shaping seemed easy. Now I am deeply humbled by glassing. My tri-fin failed, so I yanked the three fins out (it was easy considering my poor glass job on the fins). So, I installed a fin box instead to make it a single fin. This has been the most half-assed glass job of any board ever.

Spend some time with a expierenced glasser, it’s worth your time to learn some tricks of the trade. I worked with my glassing mentor for 3 months before I was handed the squeegee and told to give it a shot. You’ll learn the steps and be a little more comfortable with art of glassing. Aloha, Kokua

Aloha, Kokua I could deal with glassing if it weren’t for the fact that it is so toxic. I feel guilty even having someone else do it now. Shoot, I had no idea what I was doing to the environment.
Ah, the nature of the beast. Surfers on one hand are deemed as close to nature and yet we ride anti environmental nightmares. Just do your best to contain the waste and dispose of it properly.Aloha, Kokua
