How much is a cap full of additive F?

Yes....I agree with John and afoaf...Let's go a little deeper....

For me the proper shop temp for RR is somewhere between 70-80 degrees Fahrenheit. I've done it hotter and I've done it colder. I've done lots of backyard / low tech tests.

When your glassing room is at a good temp your Add F will be clear like water.

Cold room = chuncky Add F.....Do what you can to heat up the room and the chemicals....Flammable Chemicals.....

Be smart.......Don't burn down the house.

I strain my Add F because 90% of the surfboards I glass have art work on the foam. The Add F will make darker colors milky. It's a balancing act...I believe in Add F...I could be totally wrong.....I'm ok with that...

Building surfboards is an Art....That's why I'm here.....

Ray, intruiging…

You are on it, temperatures (both ambient and resin, additives, etc.) are critical. Greg is working on some lower-temp use resin specifically for colder climates, he mentioned that in a recent post.
