looking at doing a 5’6", I’ve had 5.7" of nose rocker suggested. Does that sound like a lot?
Not if you’re building a 10’ 6’’ gun.
That does bring up the discussion of the purpose of nose rocker in various situations.
Apart from cosmetics, additional nose rocker isn’t going to help much.
However the rate of the curve over the board is going to be more important.
It won’t be to much as long as you do not mind your board looking like an Elf shoe
You’ll be getting passed by boogie boards. I would think more like 1.25-2.
The more interesting question is what blank you’re going to use in order to get your machine to cut that rocker in that length.
You guys are heartless! To the o p - best to look at a bunch of boards about that length and see what the range of rocker typically is, probably closer to about 4 1/2", maybe a bit less depending on type of board and the waves it’s built for.

My apologies also-I errantly gave you tail rocker dims. I don’t really shape smaller than 6’2 and your new dimensions are similar to what I put on those boards.
