Just standard volan layup, cut the template (sans bumps etc), foil the rough template, cut in the details, then foil the tubercles. Takes a bit :
Did anyone try printing in nylon, polycarb or carbon-fiber-infused nylon yet?
Thermoplastic polyurethane looks too flexible but would be great to try!!

Using the materials you mention would only possibly work with a very hot heated print chamber.
I was thinking of getting a pro to print it in nylon-carbon fibre but I can’t find a copy with the base on it.
I finally lost my fin today. Gutted! It’d been a while since I’d tried it (gulwhale), and I’d forgotten how much better it was.
