How to make shaping racks?

Can somebody list the materials and instructions to make shaping stands with the 5 gallon concrete buckets?

I used instructions on how to build racks from this website.

When securing the 2 x 4s together, use really long thick screws. I used regular 2 1/4" screws and the whole stand wobbled. Screw those fat screws in there, until it really digs into the wood.

Also on the flat parts on the top of the stand i put in angle braces that i made out of 1 x 4s for more support.

So far this design has worked out for me really well.

Place a 24 inch tall 4x4’s in the concrete bucket take drill 2 holes in the side of the 4x4 to adjust height now cut two 2x4 18 inches in length drill holes so that they can be placed on the side of the 4x4 and wing nutted in place now on top of the 2X4’s screw two shorter, your preference on length, and i suggest using neoprene type pipe insulation or carpet for padding. place the 4X4’s in bucket and pout your stablizer concrete sand w/e

i personally did mine with out the buckets worked out very nicely i might post pics sometime
