Hulls, hulls and hulls...

I’ve been watching these kind of boards for a while and am kind of obsessed with Ryan Lovelace and the stuff he is doing. Most of my boards aren’t complete hulls as they contain hard rails and concaves but i like to keep the rails around the nose upturned to push the front half down and creat lift to reduce tracking and drag in the tail of my boards. Anyway, that’s what I’ve been working on. Please post all your hull shenanigans here! S-Decks, Tri-Planes, Flex in all it’s areas is all welcome!

Hi Felix here is a board I did a couple years back, rounded bottom (“belly”) in the nose, thin pinched rails all the way through the front 2/3, with down rails and a bit of v in the tail.  Definitely has a different feel when riding, especially when the waves get about 4’ and there is a bit more speed to work with, really feels “plugged in”, for lack of a better term.  8-4 by 22 by 3.  I’ve posted these pics before so sorry if you’re seeing these again, but this one is back at the top of the rotation currently, so its fresh on my mind, been enjoying it!
