Has anyone tried gallsing a board with kevlar yet? I realize kevlar’s hydrophobic tendencies, but was just wondering others out comes. Has someone here done it?
Paul we glassed a 9’0’’ Yaterspoon for Clarkfoam back in 1978 it sucked to sand it .Plus the Kevlar did not want to rap around the rails it was heavy cloth now it could be different.It was a dead feeeling board slow flex funky.It dented easy but didnt shatter at all, ugly piss yellow to.
