I didn't know...

that the ASR Trade Show was scheduled on the same weekend as S.A. Event. Some of you may have a tough time deciding. I just received an invite myself to visit the Min Fang booth. They are based in Taiwan and operate a factory in China. Check it out and make your choice… Welcome to our booth #443! We are waiting for you! On September 5-7, 2003, ASR Trade Expo will be held in San Diego convention center, San Diego, California. Min Fang Company invites you to visit our booth number 443 and find out about our special offers. You will see our products with quality, we will show and explain you everything about us with our projects. Let’s discuss possible ways! More information at: www.handtools.com.tw/html/surfboard/ We are looking forward to seeing your there. Sincerely Victor Torng General Manager Min Fang Industry Co., Ltd.

Within the woodworking trade, the Chinese have a foothold in the market. It’s known for cheap tools w/ low quality that people buy only for their low cost. I bought a bench top sanding machine a few years back that works OK if you don’t need to be square or true. I’m being nice saying it that way. My guess is that it will be worse w/ surfboards.
