The festool and fein are primarily woodworking random orbit sanders, and will never be as aggressive as the bigger angle grinders.
Build it & they will come.

I think you buy a Festool for the 95% dust elimination and a Rotex for the combo. If you didn’t then you just blew your wad cause you could’ve bought 3 or 4 Milwaukee’s for what’d you pay for a Rotex and big vac combo with the right paper.
If you want to take off material they do have some real severe grit pads for the Rotex 150 you can try but it ain’t never gonna rip off material like a 11-15amp 3000-7000 cycling grinder/sander especially one weighing up to 10 lbs.
They also have airpowered tools as well which might give you more torque but I’m not sure on the dust control.
Ask any Festool owner and you should know from your own experience, it’s really nice to be able to sand fiberglass/epoxy without a mask/goggles and heavy duty hearing protection in your shorts…
Like someone said these are professional grade woodworking, finish carpentry type tools made in germany. Pimped out bosches… very high-end not your typical production board building throw it in the back of my ford 150 gutter work type tools…
Welcome to the dust free club…
