He’s a cool guy… It all started one day I was fooling around at Haleiwa waiting for my wave to go in… A little right came through and I decided to let go of my paddle and pull in without it for a change… I was kooking out from the get go and the wave swatted me down like a fly… My friend got some pics…

So anyway, I get a PM from Proneman asking if that was me getting swatted down at Haleiwa? Hahahahaha!! He saw this! Yesterday after surfing he came up and introduced himself… We talked a little about boards to use in his area etc… A very nice guy! So, I’m confirming to everyone here… Like all Swaylokians I’ve met in person… Proneman is cool in person too!
It still looks like fun! Noe said that she saw you and Derek out at Ali’i Beach on Saturday. I missed the Country this week end dealing with our monthly grocery run to Costco and my wife had car trouble. Looks like I missed a fun swell.

Looks like the doldrums for a while. It was great to meet Blane…he seems to be well known on the North Shore for his SUP surfing, and more importantly, the Aloha he brings to the party.
Mike, Jennifer says hi!! Was going to go over Friday to surf with honeymoonin Florian, but I will wait for a swell and come over with the wife for a couple days sometime soon.
Bernie, one of these days we will hook up. I want to talk with Charlie regarding SUPs which would seem to be ideal for this stretch of coastline !!
