Howdy folk,

saw this on C.L and will be heading to Sacramento this weekend. What would be a fair price to offer for a board like this. I would never low-ball anyone but also want it to be fair for the both of us. What do you guys think? https://sfbay.craigslist.org/sfc/clt/6215651796.html

I really like that board. I like it just the way it is. If I purchased it I wouldn’t molest it in any way. I wouldn’t pay more than $500 but that’s just me.

Early '60s OLE is of historical interest. But this is pretty far gone and I am not sure it would be worth a restoration effort. $200-$300.

That board could be restored nicely but offer low and expect to put 100 hours into it.

For a board that old it isn’t too beat. That blue business up near the nose is a red flag, though. Something’s been covered up.
How much are they asking? I’d go $200, tops.
If the fin is mahogany the board was made around 1962-63
