Hey all you Imperial Beach surfers. I’m looking for any info on the brand Electric Duck Surf Shapes by Mike Richardson. I’ve done the Google and Swaylocks search with very few results. I acquired a 10’ Electric Duck in pretty bad shape and I’m currently fixing it up. Sorry, no pics of the whole board at this point but I’ve attached the logo and the signature. The info I’m trying to get is whether Mike Richardson is still alive or not, anybody know??? Also, the signature is pretty interesting, it says: ‘Custom 10’ for Mike Lee’ with a serial number 595. Could this Mike Lee be the same guy that lived in California and died on a surf trip last year? Any and all info is appreciated. There are videos on Youtube made by Solarez that feature E Duck as the teacher. I always liked those videos. Check them out if you havnt already.
