Is it too soon to start thinking about Swayloholix 2011???

That picture got me thinking Tim… Since last year I have made a 6- seven with four fins and a narrow tail.   Now I am going to have to think up another excuse next time Tim tries to get me to follow him through the key hole on a macking day.   I am super stoked for this year campout.   It is always the best weekend of the year for my friends old and new.   Even in the rain with no campfires allowed it is a blast.

ps.   I have made a few phone calls and my troops are already mobilizing.

pss. Did any of “us” score a group site this time? Or are we going to just make our own group sites again?

Darren “keeping it dusty in Santa Cruz”

Anyone heard from Afoaf?....He helped MarkSSD and I get a spot.

Just got a PM from LBS braddah..... That's the kid next store who grew up and went north.....Hopefully LBS is sharing a spot with us this year!!!!!!

Last weekend in Sept.........Farting and children welcome.........farting children will be sent to Swied's camp.....:)

Beer is good......I'm restoring an 80's board for you to test ride!!!

anyone interested in trying the group spot in the future????  We've got away with three cars per spot in the past even though the rules say 2.......

Looks like Mark and I are in site 36.......some people have spotted Afoaf...random...on the move....see you soon....

...gotta think about what to bring for the Great Haggle / Bro deal / Trade / Barter session.......

.............................Stingray................

I was hoping someone would bring this up! Woo Hoo STOKED! I’m working on that blank Ray but am bed ridden right now due to a medical thing. Hoping to be able to get it done by the trip… I’ve got a camp site that I won’t be using for anybody who wants it.

I am sorry you are laid up my good friend.   But just as a good friend would offer to have fun in place of you I would like to make the offer.   If you have a spot that you can’t fill I know of a couple of car fulls of willing people to fill in.   Most of them are even employed enough to pay for the spot.    Get better soon.  And we will of course take pictures, most of which we should be able to share on here.  Talk to you soon.  Darren

ps.   I guess I should finish sanding my seven four.   Maybe even drill the box for a kook cord.

haha, I was hoping you’d respond to that Darren, I figure you’d have people to fill the spot…

Check your PM’s.

BTW, the offer for fins is still available. I’ve got a bunch of Probox fins if you wanna try some out…

bump....3 weeks and change....you ready for the fun????

Heck Yah! Who all is coming?

who’s bringing firewood?

I’ve got some balsa scraps and hickory veneer cutoffs.  I think the hickory could add some serious flavor to you barbeques.

I’ve got a box of firewood… I’ll be looking to pick up some more tho.

Showing up without any last year was dumb (thanks again Afoaf).

Man you guys are killing me. Last year this was held one weekend after my daughter moves in to her dorm at Stanford. This year it’s being held 1 weekend after she moves back in again.

I have to help her this year, but I can’t stay long enough to see you all. Maybe next year.

Bump, just over a week away! =D

Gonna miss the pitter patter of little racoon feet in the night.  Somebody bring me back a piece of bundt cake…

What do you need a ride up?  So now who's tent am I going to smear peanut butter on?

So who is showing and who is not??? Head count....

oh yeah, bring beer!

Hahaha… Peanut butter?  That’s nothing.  My kid smeared something a lot more disgusting
than peanut butter on the inside of our tent last year.  Thankfully, that phase appears to be over now.

We’ll be there again this year.  I’m leaving the 40 lb. board at home this time.

we're surronding your site with crime scene tape...."Do Not Cross".

Hahaha that was classic! Better you than me =D

You were the iron man last year lugging that thing down to the sand and back
