Can you replace the balls with flaming arrows? To keep it old skol the shaft can be made of koa and balsa and instead of feathers use left over 6 oz glass. Tip it with MEK Peroxide, light it and you have a line up to your self.

Interesting too would be to have radio controlled speedboats controlled from an anonymous party on land harrassing everyone other than their own person in the water. Or RC airplanes dropping pebbles.
Seems like mobility could easily win this battle, not firepower, I’d put money on a kite boarder as long as there was wind.
