I think Kelly is the only thing that kept Quik alive for as long as it has been.

It would be great to see Kelly take the manufacturing base to US mainland , or even Australia … it would improve the quality of the product , and give it far more credibility .

talking about a guy who earned a masters degree in criminal law while still on tour and raking in millions. Whatever he attacks, he’s all in. So would think this will be no different, and don’t think anyone would dispute Slater knows surfboards.
And gotta think fins will be part of this business expansion. He’s no longer with FCS, and he’s a fin fanatic, well known for flying with personally tuned fins in his carry aboard.

Impressive, to say the very least. Years ago, I saw a slo-mo film of him doing slides along the lip of a wave sideways, with the fins and nose out of the water in complete control. Total mastery of the wave/board combination. I suspect we’re in for some breakthroughs, of some kind, down the line from this guy.

don’t know what he got his bachelors in, do know as a late teen he was awarded the prestigious 'happiest teenager in America" certification with full honors, earned for his outstanding work in banging Pamela Anderson while he was on Baywatch playing the role of The Cute Kid Who Get Banged By Pamela Anderson…lol
