Jasco Acrylic sealer & Scotchbrite?...

OK, I got some of the Jasco Acrylic waterbased sealer. Just a few lame questions. I heard that I’m supposed to “Scotchbrite” in between coats after applying it to my sanded finished board. Is this to be done after the acrylic dries, and with a dry Scotchbrite pad? Or, is it to be done with a wet (water soaked) Scotchbrite pad? Are there actually different types/ grades of Scotchbrite that I should use in this particular case? Thanks, “Jasco Grant”

grant- the ‘red’ scotchbrite- no water req’d with sanding use the dry scotchbrite as if you were ‘staightlining’ AFTER the acrylic has dried.
