A lot better than most of the shaping on utube. The fast motion makes it hard to watch. All in all I would say it was pretty good shortboard video.

Nelmo, Never tried running at those angles and watching your video inspired me to try something new.
I think you were adding vee off the tail with your diagonal cuts? Works for me.

Hey Matt, both tail rocker with a little vee mixed in…plus the stringer has less chipping/chunking than with straight cross cuts…especially with EPS foam. I have found different ways to shape that stuff since I do about 70% EPS.  I am going to have to try one of your high density blanks too!

I heard you want to cut slow and low setting cross cutting … im new to it but cross cutting is ok.

Sean, i have always done just cross cuts, it makes sense to do it your way and get rocker and vee at the same time. It worked great on a shortboard this morning . Later I will try it on a classic longboard, i think I could get my bottom easier with less work with your method.
