Got a few blanks last week and finally got a chance to mow on one yesterday. Shapes like buttah! The pics are of a 6-10F which is a pretty thick blank. I added considerable rocker to the nose an tail at the rider’s request, so I had to take the thickness off the deck. There doesn’t appear to be any density variances with depth. Also, not seeing any air pockets down in the foam. No foam swirls either. Also, the 1/4" stringer laminated with three strips of veneer on two layers of thicker material planed well. Anyways, two passes on the deck and one on the bottom (excluding rocker adjustments) and no problems at all. Like Clark foam, if you make your passes too fast, you’ll chunk the foam a bit, but it cleans up fairly easily. I’ll post more later when I get back from vacation…
