Laminating entirely with 6oz warp

Has anyone had experience laminating with layers of 6oz warp vs. 6oz E cloth?

I typically laminate using 6oz E for bottoms and 6oz E + 4oz warp for decks, yet to save space in the shop I’m considering ordering a roll of 6oz warp and using this for all laminations.

I often see warp combined w/ E in laminations but haven’t been able to find any information about using layers of warp alone.

Warp glass is E glass fiber but with more fiber in length (warp) than width. Most I see are 60% / 65% warp and 40%/35% width. Over 80/20% it’s called Ud. Because boards are longer than wider it’s logical to use warp glass.

As lemat stated, more strands linear.  Works best in combination with straight E.   Usually a few $ less p/yd.  But lots of guys use straight Warp for a lamination.  Especially on EPS.
