late 80's channel islands

was curious if anyone knows what a mint late 80’s Channel Islands 6’ tri fin would be worth…i bought the board new over 20 years ago at Spyder Surfshop in Hermosa Beach Cali. now living in Rhode Island the only time i can really take it out is when a hurricane comes rolling through, with mostly ankle snappers here theres just not enough to push it. and plus im an old man now and really enjoy other boards im riding… anyway was just curious if it would be worth getting rid of or should i just hold on to it for another 20 years… anyway thx for the feedback… much appreciated…

You should hold on to it.

Or you could send it to me for safe keeping. I promise I’ll be gentle…

give it a new home on the discovery coast in Australia , I’ll lo after it promise. Feel the love.

Awesome! This is the exact board I learned to surf on. I loved it until someone ripped it off in Newport beach during 4th of july weekend. People just don’t know that it’s like stealing someones first born. I’m sure it’s sitting in someone’s garage in San Bernardino collecting dust or something. I’m not sure if it’s worth anything but sure was a fun board when there was a little more size. I suggest hopping on a plane and getting reaquanted with you long lost friend. Just a suggestion. HAHA!

That would go perfect with my Beach Towne surfshorts! I’ll give you a kitten for it!

LOL… i hear ya… but i aint goin back to cali any time soon. but ill prob just hold on to it. maybe ill just turn it over to my 11 year grom.

                            Peace
