Layup schedule for glass on bonzer runners

Working on an old board. Swapped out old polycarbonate fins for glass on.

How many layers for glass on bonzer side runners?

I’ve done single fins did 3 layers 4oz each side, fin roving at the base.

Hi Josh, I’ve only done one bonzer and it was a 5 fin (absolute bitch to sand between the runners! ).
I used rope round the base and 2 layers of 4oz on each side of each runner.

If you still can, it’s best to set the bonzer runners into the board by routing a line into the board a 3/8" deep or so. In addition to fin rope and 2 layers cloth each side.

Already set the boxes I’m sure it will be strong enough. I did an extra layer of on the inside of the fin. Aloha Florian! I used to buy cloth from you in Costa Mesa when I was in college. Hope all is well up in Oregon.
