im making kitesurf boards for myself and a shop owner…he’s progressed a lot and has started damaging the boards…2 board have delamed on the bottom in the same way…3 inch delam and a break out on the rail.he has since gone back to he’s epoxy board which he hates because its too stiff…i recon the only way to make mine stronger is to make them stiffer! im using homeblown blanks.6oz bottom 2 layers of 6oz deck with deck patches. can we have it all? oh and im using poly resin…
