Looking for on older Thread /Hexagonal glue up

Hello,

does anybody remember a build thread, where a member posted how he glued an EPS Blank from hexagonal ( if i remember correct) pieces?

I am not sure when i read it- maybe 2 years ago- but i am not sure if i got it from the archives back then.

Thanks,

best wishes

Jasper

This bb30 blank with geometric (octagon) cutouts is the only one I can remember:

check these guys out: http://www.geoblank.com/

google Guy Walker-Currumbin.

Clicked the correct image in G-hopper’s link and got this Master Kan pebble (move the cursor over the images):

Added eps blanks to kayu’s search string and got this link:

Interesting use/mosaic of hexagonal EPS foam modules with different densities.

I think bb30s semi-hollow blanks would have more uniform structural integrity if the cutouts were evenly spaced hexagons.

But I think there may be some alternate geometric module and cutout shapes that might work well too.

Super! Thank you all!
