Looking for some surf footage

Hi,

I have a bit of a problem. I’m a LOOOOONG way from the beach, and need some “classic” surfing footage to use in River Surfing 101 (http://www.2imagine.net/films/film5.html) to illustrate some differances between ocean and River surfing. Anyone out here have a Mini DV camera and a few hours one evening and want to be credited in the film for camera work ;-)?

Essentially I need the following. (if you’re going to go shoot, try to use a Tripod and shoot in good light - evening in the last hour before sunset, not shooting INTO the sun), but I’ll take anything right now…

  1. Surfers in the line-up ( a pack of them)

  2. Jockying for position and catching waves showing prioroty to one guy

  3. Surfer catching a wave and going down the line

  4. Surfer paddling out and duck diving

  5. Surfer falling and pulling in board and paddling back out

  6. Longboarder surfing

  7. Shortboarder surfing

  8. Some general surfing shots (just burn some tape)
