Hey Herb, If I’m having supercharger plugs installed by someone else, what’s the best way to tell them exactly where I want the plugs placed. Mark the board? Send the superchargers in with the board?

Hey Herb,>>> If I’m having supercharger plugs installed by someone else, what’s the > best way to tell them exactly where I want the plugs placed. Mark the > board? Send the superchargers in with the board?..give them a copy of the sheet I sent you, that would be a good start.Marking the placement is a good thing to do also. You can sent the Chargers along with the board that would HELP ALOT…but only if you know they won’t mis-place,break,etc,etc,them.You could also make a mock set out of cardboard,or foam, etc, etc.and send those instead.Herb.

Some of my tabs are way less than perfect.Sometimes they get cocked in at a odd position, because of the screw pressure ,or ill set plugs ,or just down right crummy tabs, here’s what I do:…I put a drop of superglue on the side of the lower part of the Charger tab…A DROP!!!NO MORE.This drop should be on the opposite side of the screw…Put the drop of glue on the tab QUICKLY,AND ACCURATELY place the Charger in the plug ,and set it where you want it to be…LET IT DRY FOR A FEW MINUTES…Then come back and lightly set your screw with contact to the tab ,but minimum pressure(the glue will do the work).Herb.

Herb, I just got the chargers in the mail today. They look awesome! Kinda like two jade sharks teeth. I can’t wait to give em a try. Thanks again. You da man!

When I was installing my chargers, the guys I work with started calling them shark teeth right from the start. Have had the board out once in some real junk surf. Not to much open face to work with, but the board is fast and can hang way up high on a steep face like a gecko lizard.

…are popular names for the Superchargers, ever since I’ve been building them, especially after I started the GEN.2 & GEN.3 tip forwards…Bruce, and a hand full of people have the 4TH GEN. shark teeth. The only difference is that the #4s have a unique back foil with a rolled/foiled tip, while keeping a majority of the flat…FLAT…and the outside foil remains the same(no extra curves or bends).I have personnally gotten even better results with the GEN.4s,and so has everyone that has tried them.Herb.
