Making home made copies of FCS H2's, need max thickness..

Hi guys.

I’m building a 5’4" all core-cell kite-surfboard (see attached pics) , I’ve made some templates of medium and large H2’s on my printer, the sizes are identical to the manufacturers specs. (see template pic) Does anyone know the maximum thickness of these fins and at what percentage of the chord does this thickest point lie??? I’m assuming it’s around 30% from the leading edge…

The fins will be constructed as such:

Inner core: center: 5oz.Kevlar, 2 layers of Carbon on either side of K (one is uni-D) , one layer of 6oz. S-glass either side of the carbon. 2 pieces of 6lb Core-Cell either side of the carbon inner core…

Outer skin: One layer of 6oz.s-glass next to foam, one layer of Carbon-Kevkar hybrid cloth next , then capped off with one layer of really smooth 4oz. S-glass (twill weave…)

I’ll post some pictures of the materials and the fin construction for all those interested…

Thanks in advance for any help with those thickness/chord dimensions…
