Masking tape for stringer

Hey guyz, which masking tape you use for taping the stringer?  im talking more about the high preformence type.

We have always just used 3M tape.  You can get 1/4" and 1/8" wide rolls at just about any speciality paint shop like Ben’s Paint Supply.  But the 3M seems to work just fine and no better or worse than any other brand out there, at least for taping off stringers.
