megauirs mirror glaze

im doing some ding repair on my cooperfish-question; has anybody used megauirs mirror glaze and will a cordless drill with the buffer attachment produce enough rpm’s to get the job done?? the product requires a orbital buffer…i just dont want to drop the money on one if i can get away with the drill.

they are hard to control, as far keeping in flush with your surface, not to mention that the rpms will be to high. You are better off with a buffer or a variable sander. You don’t want to go over 3,000 rpms. http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/Displayitem.taf?itemnumber=46507
