Fellow Swaylock’s members…
I’m wanting to beef up the member profiles a bit with new categories of information…not too much, but a more than what’s there. This bio info will only be visible to other members…
Please note, the member profile is different than a business profile – which lives in the resources section…
Here’s what we have already:
**Personal Info**
- Location
- Occupation
- Interests
- Gender
**Contact Info (not so sure about these, are they useful?)**
- Yahoo IM
- MSN IM
- Skype
- AIM
- icq
- Websiite
here’s some other fields I can think of, though not sure what category to put them in…
- Years surfing
- Years shaping
- Industry status (professional, backyarder, others?)
- Tool kit (perhaps a list of checkboxes of common tools)
- Quiver (open text field) Contruction methods (checkbox list)
- Areas of specialty (longboard, shortboard, laminating, etc -- perhaps this is too general?)
Can any body think of any other categories or fields?
