Milwaukee 5460 Grinder Stopped Working

Only after 8 boards, cleaned regularly. What’s up with this? If I would’ve known this I would’ve bought some cheapie somewhere and let IT die. This grinder cost well over $100, I think around $150.

So much for good ole Americam products…

First thimg to do is remove the trigger assembly and bypass it directly, if the machine runs, it’s the trigger, if not take it back

Howzit Liki, Is your Milwaukee a variable speed model, they do have a problem with the rheostat. But if you've only used it for 8 boards it might still be under warranty and they should fix it for you. Actually Milwaukees aren't american made any more and the weirder thing is Makitas are made in america. Aloha,Kokua
