I just shaped a 6’0 fish and the foil looks almost identical to yours. It paddles great and based on the two sessions I have had this week (both at the Cove in Palos Verdes) I am really happy with it. The thing is insanely fast. I kept Herb S.'s advice in mind when I was foiling it (“don’t over shape”) and I am glad I did. Based on my board, I think you will be OK as is…
Looks good, if it rides too corky…thin the next one. Looks like it will fly though…have fun…
My friend that just got a custom fish and I thought it was to thick in its nose also but he rips on it, plus maybe that increased thickness will give extra float and make it easier to paddle
