Need Local Resin suppliers - anyone use US Chemical?

I don’t live near any Surfboard supply companies so I am looking for a local Resin supply (as an emergency option).I ordered from Fiberglass supply already, but I cut it close with the amount.

Anyone use this (see link)? It is stocked at a local auto body supply company for $28/gal USC Fiberglass resin.

Hey LL,

I’d be concerned with its clarity and UV protection. I think most automotive stuff doesn’t dry clear (green hue if I remember). How close did you cut it? I’d have to check what’s in my garage but I may have a pint of suncure or regular and welcome to whatever I have. If you feel like a trip to Conshohocken that is.

When I get home, I’ll see what I have and shoot you a pm with my address. I’ll be away tomorrow but can put it outside.

Also the below in Mays Landing can help, but they’re closed on weekends (and prob this Friday). They carry Silmar.

Thanks for the offer. Would love to come by Conshy to see your stuff and get a few pointers. I live in Lancaster, but grew-up in Philly (went to school in East Falls eating Delasandros steak sandwiches).

I ordered enough to get me by but I should make it, just wanted an easier way to get it. I don’t get down to the Jersey shore much in the winter.
