Need some help in Florida

I'm new to Florida. Right now living near Tampa ( Don't Ask) Anyway I have an art project in mind that will require a Surfboard blank or two and other related materials. Bones from cutting out templates would also work.  The Project  is to make a sculting about surfing using traditional surfboard building materials.  What I am looking for are resources for Board building materials and might also need the skill and advice from someone that is a skilled glasser.  I know I won't find anyone close to Tampa getting to the east coast won't be a problem for me  Any help would be greatly appreciated

There are people on the Gulf side building boards, even some that are here on sways. I can't help you with ''traditional materials'', but I'm sure someone can.

Might want to contact Tommy Daniels (NXTC Surfboards) Bradenton/Anna Maria Island, Tommy shapes and glasses all his boards and is a good guy.
