Tom, what you generously describe as ‘comments’ seem to me to be more like > an insensitive rant borne out of an exaggerated sense of self-importance. > you are not only a fine craftsman, but a gentleman as well. best regards fine dude but it anit no fish!So what do you know…self importance ya well you all been coping me! You Tom got info from my Brother Herb…If it wasn’t for me he wouldn’t had ever started shaping fish again…Didn’t you come to my house Herb and take templetes of all my Dyno fish surfboards and Didn’t you also take photos and have Swaylock put them on his web site without my consent!
Who cares dude?? Save it. Let people enjoy riding and shaping what they want. We don’t have to be wedded to the past and to tradition. It’s called progession. live in the now

Ray, I see you forgot to wear a respirator again. You’re a funny guy concidering that your last attempt to fix a board ended up with a lam & hotcoat that didn’t go off for months(ran his band members out of his garage). The board does have a nice touch, with all the stuff stuck in it that is.Flat out you can’t build squat. You aren’t even in the equation. As for taking any templates from your boards(wyno’s fish)sorry I got my templates along time ago when you were still figuring out how to stand-up.And as far as the pictures on the board page I own the photos that are displayed, and you were there when I took them.DOP!!!
By the way quit drinking, your started to act like dad!!!R.W.

I’m out of here,Herb.
Ray- Howcome a fish over 6’1" isn’t a REAL fish? Is it because the orginal fish wasn’t meant to be that long? Wasn’t the ORIGINAL fish meant to be ridden as a kneeboard? If you want to get picky, you should get on your knees… otherwise you’re riding that thing all wrong. Men have different sized fishes. I have an 11’ fish that I’m quite proud of. If your’s happens to be short and stubby, it doesn’t make you any better or worse than a man with a more well-endowed fish. Most people would say, “it’s not the size that matters, it’s how you use it.” Ray- be proud of your short, quick tool. If you’re having fun, that’s all that really matters. Wax that thing up and enjoy. I admit, my fish wasn’t always so long. I too know what it’s like to have a short fish, but only when the water’s really cold!
Someone is playing games again and using my name and knowledge to discredit me. I was informed of this in the surf this morning and had no idea about it. If you want to slander my name that’s fine but live my brother out of it. I have fish surfboards that are 6.4" and they work fine, a fish doesn’t have to be 5.10" peroid! Maybe some of Herbs friends at work again. Someone stuck a nail in my tire yesterday at the beach too!
From what I saw it’s not even a Fish! Again 6’8" is to long for a > fish …Why …Tom look at the rails their too stright! And the nose is > wrong that’s not a fish nose! Thats a summer swallow with twin fins! the > rockers wrong due to you using the wrong blank …Iam not going to tell you > what one to buy either why should I …I know more about this than all of > you go look at my David Nuuhiwa Dynos Bet your boards don’t even ride like > those do they Tom! Sorry but if I surfed with you I;'ll show you name the > place on a Sun. And you’ll see the real shit and quit call those things > fish surfboards! If you wonder why I come off like I do it’s cuz nobody > rides a fish! and nobody has a fish but you all say you do! My 6.1 Quad is > more of a fish , my 6.4 " is more of a fish but the real deal is my > 5.10 1/2" Dyno David Nuuhiwa and 5.10" Dyno these are fish > surfboards! not 6.8" That’s joke Tom look at your rocker better > understand that a fish skates and you fins are wrong too! go look at the > pitures of the red dyno 12layers of glass! you got thruster fins! Liuke I > said name the place anyone of you and I’ll bring a few real fish boards > are blow your minds with the way they ride and I’ll let you ride them and > take templetes if you like! Supercharged Hype! Make a real fish and you > can throw those gimmicks out the window! Or can’t anyone make the real > deal anymore! Everywhere I go I blow minds not that I try It’s just that > you all have been conditioned from the surf industry to a point of not > even having the right blanks or glass or fins or weight! You all forgot > what a fish does! You’re all too old to paddle or ride one…not me at 41 > and 185lb. I can keep up with anyone daily! If it ain’t a twin fin , it ain’t a fish. Period. I agree with Ray mon on this one. There is a guy in Santa Barbara who is making original Dyno fish. 5’11" - 6’2". His name is Steve Brom. surfenginz.com The real deal.
