I glued up some scrap EPS sheets I had from my Canoe project and I roughed out a 7’ X 22" x 2" egg shape. I was planning on copying another 7’ egg I made that came out heavier than I want because I used mahagony plywood for the bottom.

I have a lot of options, so I thought I’d throw it out for some input. I have 2 - 1/2" peices I can add to make this 2 1/2" thick, and it will be a compsand with Balsa perimeter rails.

I drew a retro diamond tail on one side, and if I flip the board over, I have something that resembles the nugget/zap/slipah outline. I don’t plan on making another fish.

stub bonzer? (square tail or round tail, the pic has a squash) they are just a tad wider in the photo but since surfermag is in the quad stage all the bonzer stubb pixs have expired.

Nice board! nice car too. I have a 5-11quad compsand with that outline. I’m going to stay away from the bonzer bottoms on this one, but I like that outline. I want a board closer to 7’. The shape I drew out on one side is similar, but the wide point is forward of center, and the curve is straighter in the tail.
