Next Project - Ark

…Pass me a snorkle…In the last day we’ve had nearly 6 inches of rain…That’s a lot, even for here… I’m thinking of building a hollow, carbon fiber ark, using the Old Testament for the basic size…My question, what kind of tail should I put on the ark…???..

Paul - The Ark would be a classic double ender…Tail a rounded pin. See if Stan P will whip up a shaping square layed out in cubits. Good Luck - Pete

Paul, If you want it for float and shelter only, square on both ends…but if you want to SURF it: Well then…a rounded pin. Now let’s talk about paddling: Will there be any long-armed orangutan’s on board?

Paul: A double ender would be the traditioal method. Perhaps this time the angels and the dove should be given some recognition by using a winged-swallow tail.Patrick

when you’re done, could you give me a ride? the road to my favorite surf spot got washed out yesterday [frown]

naturally you would want to utilize a Greenough ARC ( pronounced ark) TAIL. has the rain brought unfavorable winds, or is it staying knda calm???

What amount of flex are your putting into this thing? Rob Olliges ps. are you building an open ark? Sure it won’t rain again?

…Here’s what it looks like at the beach… …I’m waiting for it to clean up a bit… http://www.oceanshores.com/Webcam2/

the most important …is the refrence to the shape of the rainbow after the passing … an arch of light connecting heaven to earth illuminating the pot of golden waves… rivermouth and sandbar alert… ultralight recon in order fly overs at staggered tide intervals impertive…the agency is dependant on you agents in the field… the fun is out there to be had…Arrarat is a point break where noah ditched the ark…ambrose …wishing the best to all …afrer the silt settles

…Been busy goofing off(surf’s been great!)Will get it to you soon.Herb

Paul - I can’t see a thing on that stupid weather cam. I guess it’s pretty dark up there at 1:20 AM! The news says it all though… record rainfall for Washington State. Hope all is well with you and yours. Are you guys still sleeping in the tent? Oh yeah…Jeff’s new fin is absolutely beautiful!

Take a pooper scooper, the shit may get deep.

Are you guys still sleeping in the tent? …After 17 months, over 500 consecutive days, we moved back in the house…It seems so tranquil in there…I miss the feeling of moving air, and the sound of the rain on the tent… Oh yeah…Jeff’s new fin is absolutely beautiful. …The fin should rip…!!!..

looks the same in our neck of the woods-just a lot smaller though…
