Have you tried contacting O’Neill? I think that’s where I would start. It doesn’t appear they are selling surfboards anymore, but the brand is definitely still a surfing brand, I’m pretty sure someone there will know about your board.

Also, maybe hit up some of the older shapers in Santa Cruz- Bob Pearson, John Mel, Ward Coffey, Doug Haut are a few who come to mind. They would have been active groms at that time.
The board appears to be in pristine condition.

I found some 60’s era O’Neill posts on the forum but information seems to be limited.
The board is in amazing condition. It was tucked up in this sweet little board holder in Martinez for who knows how many years.
