Some of you may remember that Haavard’s daughter, Ida has been diagnosed with leukemia.
Haavard has been informed that bone marrow transplants are sometimes performed when other treatments have failed. Apparently Ida is responding to her treatments so far and hopefully won’t need the marrow transplants.
There are lots of other kids (and adults) who have not responded to initial treatment and are in need of the bone marrow transplants.
Haavard was wondering if a link could be posted to help guide anyone who might wish to donate. Please read up and consider that you might help save someone’s life. Maybe not Ida’s life but someone’s.
