Anybody know how to make one. Either that or buying one? I know they are real handy to have. It seems pretty simple to make but Im sure the angle have to be precise. Thanks for anybody who can give advice.

Scroll down to the second to last response in that thread by atomized and watch the animated gif he posted. He uses inkscape which is a freeware vector drawing program. If you follow what he does in the gif then you are on your way.
