Why would you ever want over-head lighting in a shaping room?

I have one for templating. aloha

Why would you ever want over-head lighting in a shaping room? It helps alot when marking fins, templating and also highlights the tails shape and rails.

I have two double bulb 3 footers evenly spaced and centered on my 10’ ceiling.

Hey Steve, I forgot one important thing that I’m sure you figured out; the overhead light is on a separate switch. aloha

Different lighting angles show different bumps, curves, lines, etc. The more light angles the better in my opinion.
