Brian: For pinlining with acrylic paint you may try the “Paint Pens” sold at many art hobby stores, Fine, Med and Heavy points. Posca is one brand, some of mine are “Painters” I believe. Go for the acrylic not oil based versions. In using acrylic paints for air brushing etc. I thin mine down to a consistency of light cream sometimes more on foam tints.
