You need to show some more pic before anyone can answer that question. If you got to the Bing web page there are some 2 or 3 boards being restored. They show step by step pics. and some comentary on what they are doing. If you still what to restore that board follow what they are doing on that web page. If you then run into something that you don’t understand then ask the question. Remember restoring is a labor of love you really need to want that board restored. If it looks like too much work patch the dings and surf it until it falls apart.
