Phil Jay - Shaper

One for the 70’s mob out there…

Has anyone come across a shaper called Phil Jay or perhaps a shaper who shaped under this pseudonum?

I’m guessing it could be a UK based shaper but could just as easily be from further afield?

I’ve found a shortboard single fin so am keen to find out more before I buy…

hi , Phil Jay was a shaper from bude in cornwall , england, sadly i think he was drowned in the phillipines
