what is the best source for pigments? who has the most colors?
also who has the best quality of opaques and tints???
I am def no expert but I get mine from Home Depot and the brand name is Tints All. They have a whole bin full and the color selection is very broad. Granted I have only mixed for small repairs, patches, etc and I am not sure sure how they would work for a whole board. Great for color matching repairs though. Pull a paint swatch/card from the paint section, match your color, and ask the clerk which tints are needed to produce your chosen color. some paint cards even give you mixes directly on the back.
