Does anyone know how to sand plexi glass fins w/o making them cludy? Also, is there a special blade I have to get for my band saw? or can i just use the regular wood blade?

Sand them to the shape you want, then take a torch to them. The flame melts everything together, but just glaze over it with the fire, too long can melt it too much.
Try it out on a practice piece to get the hang of it.
